What defines us.

How we work

Four principles shape our days in Berlin at Greifswalder Straße 226: how we decide, how we tackle problems and how we treat each other as a team.

Responsibility.
What counts is the result, not the ticked-off task. Whoever takes on a topic sees it through themselves – from the first idea until it is live.
Pace.
Short paths, quick decisions: we try things early and listen to real users rather than long meetings. The 80% solution today beats the perfect one in three weeks.
Openness.
We say openly what's working, what's going wrong and what has priority right now – between Berlin and Switzerland as much as within the team. Knowledge is shared, not hoarded.
Drive.
What has proven itself in Switzerland we're now building in Germany: the leading platform for owners to enforce their parking rules. That's why we set ourselves big goals.
