Head of ParkGuard

From Berlin, you take over enforcement operations in Germany: people, rotas, quality. Every case has to be documented well enough to hold up in a keeper lookup, an objection or before a local court. Each new client – a residential complex, a supermarket, a company site – adds locations, and you set the team up so it can grow with them.

• Manage the ParkGuard team in Germany, both as people lead and on the job
• Set rotas, routes and patrol windows for residential sites, stores and company car parks
• Hire and onboard ParkGuards and train them in German possession law and the GDPR
• Check photo evidence, deadlines and case files so KBA keeper requests and contractual penalties are well founded
• Be the first contact for property managers and store managers on day-to-day enforcement
• Measure and improve coverage, patrol quality and objection rate

• Management experience in security services, facility management, field service or logistics
• Practice in planning shifts and routes for teams spread over several locations
• Fluent German; English helpful
• Composure and clear words when things get heated in the car park
• Class B driving licence
• At ease with apps, dashboards and Excel

• Responsibility for building an entire function from the start
