Full Stack Engineer

Germany gives our platform a second legal framework: contractual penalties under the BGB, keeper lookups at the Federal Motor Transport Authority (KBA), GDPR-compliant retention for photo evidence. You build this across the stack on AWS, along with the agents and LLM systems that automate case review and correspondence. You have a say in which models we use, self-host or fine-tune, from frontier models to open ones like Hermes.

• Build features for the German market across the stack and ship them yourself, from UI to database
• Develop agents that pre-check cases, triage objections and draft replies
• Deliver LLM features: reading documents, classifying cases, automating German correspondence and phone support
• Compare, connect and run open models like Hermes and frontier models on AWS
• Set up evals, guardrails and monitoring so automated letters are legally and linguistically sound
• Build interfaces for payments, keeper lookups and property managers’ systems

• 3+ years as a full-stack developer with TypeScript/React plus Node or Python
• You have built agents with tool use or function calling, multi-step flows and robust error handling
• You know LLM APIs, RAG and evals from production systems
• You have fine-tuned or self-hosted open models like Hermes, Llama, Mistral or Qwen
• AWS, SQL and CI/CD are routine; privacy by design under GDPR and BDSG comes naturally to you
• Good English; German helps with the domain logic
