Whether it is a courtyard in Prenzlauer Berg, the underground car park of a residential complex or the lot outside a supermarket: you patrol for our clients and record violations with photo, number plate and time. That record is the basis for the contractual penalty and, where needed, for towing. You need no experience – we teach you everything, including the legal basics.

• Fixed patrol rounds on private car parks, in underground garages and on customer parking in Berlin
• Record unauthorised vehicles in the app with number plate, photos and time stamp
• Issue contractual penalties and call the tow service when access roads are blocked
• Speak calmly and politely with drivers and clients, even when there is an argument
• Report missing or damaged signs at the entrance straight away
• Close your shift report in the app completely every day

• You are dependable, on time and precise
• Good spoken German; any other language helps
• You stay friendly when the other person gets loud
• You can also work evenings or weekends
• Class B driving licence desirable
• Clean certificate of good conduct (Führungszeugnis)
