Sales Manager

From our office at Greifswalder Straße 226 in Berlin, you help build our German business. You talk to property managers and owners’ associations with underground car parks, supermarket branches, petrol stations and companies with their own car park. You show them how signage, the contractual penalty and the registered-keeper lookup keep unauthorised parkers off private land without extra work on their side. From first contact to signature, you close the deal yourself.

• Approach property managers, owners’ associations, retail chains and petrol station operators across Germany
• Show on site how signage, the contractual penalty and the keeper lookup at the KBA work together
• Price proposals and stay with new sites until their first patrol
• Agree with the ParkGuard team in Berlin when a new car park goes live
• Keep pipeline, call notes and closed deals in the CRM and report every week
• Hit your monthly goals and feed objections from the German market back into our pitch

• 1–2 years of B2B sales experience, ideally with property management, retail or facility clients
• Negotiation-level German and good English
• You win over owners’ boards, branch managers and managing directors alike
• You organise yourself and keep going when a deal takes time
• You can explain topics like the contractual penalty or GDPR without legal jargon
• Hands-on with a CRM such as HubSpot or Pipedrive
